- Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps;
- Webhook events sent to us by TikTok Shop regarding your orders and products.
Information we do not collect: We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account information, or any sensitive personal financial data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Service;
- To sync your TikTok Shop catalog, orders, and auction data;
- To send you notifications related to your account and the Service;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity;

3. TikTok Shop Integration
The Service connects to TikTok Shop using OAuth access tokens that you authorize. These tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. We use them solely to perform actions on your behalf — fetching your catalog, syncing orders, and updating prices — as directed by you within the Service. We do not share your TikTok credentials or tokens with any other party.
TikTok's collection and use of your data through their platform is governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy, which is separate from this policy.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations;
